The general conditions of sale for orders placed on www.weevee.ch
Scope
The general conditions of sale (hereinafter referred to as “GCS”) apply to all orders placed and contracts concluded (hereinafter referred to as “order”) via the Weevee online store (hereinafter referred to as ” Weevee ”).
Weevee reserves the right to modify the GCS. The version of the GCS valid at the time of the order applies. It cannot be changed unilaterally for the order in question.
Offer
The offer is aimed at natural or legal persons domiciled or with registered offices all around the world. The products are delivered worldwide.
The offer remains valid for as long as it appears in the online store, while stocks last. Price and assortment changes are possible at any time. The images presented in advertisements, flyers, the online store, etc., as well as all information concerning the products, are used for illustrative purposes only and are not contractual. The specific indications on the product packaging are decisive.
Price
Prices are in US dollars (USD) including value added tax (VAT). The price indicated in the online store at the time of the order is valid.
Orders
The display of products in the online store is not legally binding. This is an online catalog presented for information purposes only, in order to invite customers to order the product. Weevee reserves the right to restrict delivery quantities for certain products and to refuse delivery if the order is particularly heavy or voluminous.
An order in this context is considered as a request to enter into a contract with Weevee.
After transmission of the order, the customer automatically receives an acknowledgment of receipt, which confirms that the order has indeed reached Weevee. The customer can no longer complete or cancel his/her order once it has been processed.
Weevee may, without justification, refuse all or part of the order. In this case, the customer is informed and any payments already made are refunded.

The customer’s delivery address can be anywhere in the world.
Delivery delay
Delivery time varies depending on the region to which the order is to be shipped and the shipping option.
Delivery cost
Delivery costs depend on the quantity of products ordered, the region and the option chosen for shipment. The delivery costs appear in the shopping cart and on the invoice as an additional item.
Guarantee
Weevee guarantees the quality and lifespan of the products under the following conditions:
Weevee can offer a guarantee of your choice with a partial or complete replacement by an equivalent product, with a credit note for a maximum amount corresponding to the sale price at the time of the order, or by granting a reduction.
There is no general right of return on products that are free from defects and correctly delivered. The warranty is expressly excluded for products whose intrinsic quality does not meet the customer’s requirements, or for products ordered inadvertently.
Claim
In the event of defects or deviations from the order, Weevee should be notified by email to info@weevee.ch. The amount paid by the customer for the defective goods is credited to the customer account. Weevee reserves the right to require proof of the defect.
Payment possibilities
Payments must be made in United States dollars (USD).
Electronic payment methods
The accepted payment methods are credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) via Paypal.
Refunds, assets, credit
If the customer is entitled to refunds or credits, they will be credited to the customer account and usable for purchases at Weevee.
Weevee vouchers cannot be sold or auctioned under any circumstances. Only one voucher can be used per order.
Applicable law and place of jurisdiction
Swiss substantive law applies to the legal relationship between Weevee and the customer, excluding the provisions on legal conflicts and the Vienna Convention.
The place of jurisdiction for natural persons is Lausanne, western Lausanne or the client’s place of residence. The exclusive place of jurisdiction for legal persons is Lausanne, western Lausanne.
